Chad Reed offered his advice to the Australian 85 supercross kids by urging them to go to Europe as a stepping stone to get to AMA supercross if they get to that level and to enjoy the process and appreciate the time and money their parents are putting in!
Reed has put his name on the 85 supercross series in Australia in a bid to help find the next Chad Reed and Lawrence brothers and just like they did, he urged them to go to Europe before taking the step to AMA Supercross and the big bucks.
As part of his speech Reed said: “The only reason I went to Europe is because they wouldn’t take my calls in America. Europe is a great stepping stone and if I had to do it all again I wouldn’t change it. But supercross truly is, the greatest, supercross pays the bills, millions of dollars out there.”
