Carlos Prat will make the jump to MX2 with the Jezyk Triumph Racing Team

Carlos Prat is the second and last signing of Jezyk Triumph Racing Team for the 2025 season. After the recent addition of Samuel Nilsson, it is now the turn to present the young Catalan rider, who will make his debut next year in the MX2 category on a TF 250-X.

At seventeen years old, Prat has been riding motorcycles since he was three years old and this past season 2024 has closed an excellent stage in the 125cc category, where he has been on the podium in all races of the Spanish Championship to finish second in the final standings. Likewise, in the European Championship he has some good top 20 results that shows that he is one of the fastest riders in basic categories. In his track record, in addition to several titles in the Catalan Championship, it is worth mentioning the fifth position in 65cc and the fourth in 85cc in the National Championship, as well as his third place in the 85cc European Championship of Portugal.

The rider from Lleida is already training on what will be his new bike with the aim of arriving in the best conditions for the first race of the Spanish Motocross Championship.

Carlos Prat:

“I am very motivated and eager to start the season. It is a new category and a completely new bike and structure, so we are already working hard to get to the first race in February in the best conditions. As for the bike, I would highlight that it is a very agile bike, it has a very good traction and the engine is also giving me a very good feeling, especially at the top. I think we can be in the front positions, so I set myself ambitious goals such as getting podiums in the National Championship and getting close to the Top 10 in the 250cc European Championship.

Carlos Morchón, Team Manager:

“We have known Carlos for years and he certainly has talent, speed and a great desire to do things well. This year he has already shown to be in excellent shape and we are more than sure that he will quickly adapt to the bike and the team. As far as we are concerned, we will do everything we can to ensure that the results come and that he can continue his progression as a rider”.
