Unfortunately Jordi Tixier had a big crash at the weekend that resulted in the KMP Honda rider with a broken C2 and C3 that needs surgery.
Former MX2 and MXoN champ, Tixier said: “SAD NEWS … No what I want to share with you guys but during time practice in Frankenbach today , i went over the bars really hard … Broken C2 C3 … On my way back home now for surgery tomorrow. Will keep you update !!! Special thanks to @kmp_honda_racing_team for their help on and off the track . Recovery will take time but that serious injury . Sorry to everyone for this set back but this sport is tough sometimes.”
