Chase Sexton held off some strong charges from the usually more sedate Ken Roczen and Cooper Webb in qualifying with all three motivated to go quickest.
Sexton admitted he is very motivated after crashing at Tampa, Roczen suffered the backmarker incident that means he needs a result to stay in title contention and Cooper Webb keeps inching closer to that red plate and smells blood in the water- it could be on tonight!
Levi Kitchen showed his true level to go quickest over the continuing to impress Seth Hammaker but Max Anstie was right there on pace in third.
